Refund Policy

At Purely Goatique, we take pride in creating handcrafted products in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all sales of personal care products, including soaps, bath products, skincare items, and other body products, are final. We do not accept returns on used, opened, or unopened personal care items.

We also do not accept returns on:

• Perishable goods
• Farm products
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloads
• Electrical hookup services

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. To help us evaluate the issue, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Purely Goatique.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized by us for any reason, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to a customer within the European Union, the customer may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
